Services

Golden Nanny LLC provides non-medical homemaker and companion services, including but not limited to:

Companion care
Friendly conversation and social engagement
Meal planning and meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Laundry and linen changes
Grocery shopping
Prescription pickup
Running errands
Transportation to appointments
Transportation to social activities
Assistance with recreational outings
Appointment reminders
Organization assistance
Wellness visits
Safety supervision
Reading assistance
Technology assistance
Respite companionship for family caregivers

Services may vary depending on client needs, caregiver availability, and applicable Florida regulations.

Service Availability

Services are provided by appointment and are subject to caregiver availability.

While we make every effort to accommodate requested schedules, Golden Nanny LLC cannot guarantee specific caregivers, appointment times, or availability during periods of high demand, severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective services, clients agree to:

Provide accurate personal information.
Maintain a safe home environment.
Notify Golden Nanny LLC of changes in health or living conditions that may affect service delivery.
Treat caregivers with dignity and respect.
Secure aggressive pets before caregiver arrival.
Provide clear instructions regarding transportation destinations and emergency contacts.
Notify the Company promptly of schedule changes or cancellations.

Failure to maintain a safe working environment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients may schedule or modify services by contacting Golden Nanny LLC.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.

Golden Nanny LLC reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations or missed appointments as outlined in the Client Service Agreement.

The Company also reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary due to illness, emergencies, severe weather, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

Payments

Payment terms are established in each Client Service Agreement.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit Cards
Debit Cards
ACH Transfers
Zelle
Other approved electronic payment methods

Invoices not paid by the due date may incur applicable late fees where permitted by law.

Golden Nanny LLC reserves the right to suspend future services for unpaid balances.

Transportation Services

Transportation is provided as a companion service and is intended to assist clients in attending appointments, shopping, recreational activities, or completing errands.

Clients acknowledge that:

Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Drivers will obey all traffic laws.
Travel times may vary due to traffic or weather.
Golden Nanny LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Client Safety

The safety and well-being of our clients is our highest priority.

Golden Nanny LLC caregivers are trained to observe and report safety concerns encountered during scheduled visits.

If a caregiver reasonably believes a client is experiencing an emergency, the caregiver may contact emergency medical services (911) and the client’s designated emergency contact.

Caregiver Safety

Golden Nanny LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding:

Physical violence
Verbal abuse
Threats
Sexual harassment
Discrimination
Illegal drug activity
Dangerous living conditions
Unsafe animals

The Company reserves the right to immediately discontinue services whenever caregiver safety is compromised.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Golden Nanny LLC respects your privacy.

Personal information is collected, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, lease, or trade client information.
